End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SimLearningTech governing your use of the ElectroSim application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using ElectroSim, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acknowledgement

This Agreement is concluded between you and SimLearningTech only, and not with Apple or Google. SimLearningTech is solely responsible for the ElectroSim app and its content to the extent required by applicable law.

2. Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SimLearningTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ElectroSim on devices you own or control, solely for personal or internal educational use, and in accordance with applicable app store usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from ElectroSim, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Training and Safety Disclaimer

ElectroSim is a training simulator only. It is not a substitute for licensed professional instruction, official electrical code references, or required safety procedures. You remain fully responsible for compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards in any real-world application.

4. Accounts, Content, and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account. You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates third-party rights.

5. Maintenance and Support

SimLearningTech may provide maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and support at its discretion. Nothing in this Agreement requires SimLearningTech to provide any specific level of maintenance or support unless required by law.

6. Subscription and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Billing and refund processing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. SimLearningTech does not directly process card payments for in-app purchases made through those stores.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectroSim is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SimLearningTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from or related to your use of ElectroSim.

9. Product Claims

SimLearningTech, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing claims relating to ElectroSim, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims, as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

ElectroSim, including software, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by SimLearningTech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

11. Legal Compliance and Export

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo and are not on any prohibited or restricted party list. You agree to comply with applicable export control and trade laws.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or SimLearningTech. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using ElectroSim and delete all copies in your possession or control.

13. Third-Party Terms and Beneficiaries

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using ElectroSim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement for iOS distribution and may enforce this Agreement against you as applicable.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws based on your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.
